In this field, the name you assign to the form will appear on the users’ address bar. It may be helpful for users who want to access the form directly via web address. Instead of searching through the list of created forms on Intelforms Homepage, users may simply enter in the web address of Intelforms followed by the unique URL. The complete URL for the created form may also be used a hyperlink that will take the user directly to the form.
