Step 5 – Workflow
Workflow allows you to manage your Intelform more efficiently. You can enable forwarding so an approver can forward it to another user, you can set when the form will expire, and you can set the approvers and those who will be notified.
When you check the checkbox next to “Enable Workflow,” you will see all the fields appear:
